My vacuum cleaner is the second Kenmore canister we have purchased from Sears. But after a few years, they start to fail. This time, it is the powered head that is now working. The nice people at Fisher’s Vacuum Villa in Boise say there is a short in the wire through the hose.
As it is only about three years old, I will replace that part, and pay them $50 to fix it. Cheaper than buying a new one.
Should you need to fix a Sears product, go to the web site on the right ->
you can find all the replacement parts, all the diagrams, and get parts mailed to you. Cheaper than buying a new vacuum, or refrigerator, or whatever.
